Steady Saturday Drip

I managed to make it a profitable day, but it was hard work. This was due to the fact that arbing is a very low returns game, and the ROI is very small most of the time. With my small bank, whilst it can be a blessing in the way the stakes are small, so easy to get on most of the time, it does mean that the returns are tiny too. If an arb has an ROI of 1%, then with a stake of £100 will profit only by £1. Arbing is a numbers game, and the higher the turnover, the higher the profit. That is it in a nutshell.

At the start of the day, I only had an available balance of approximately £800. This is due to withdrawals from previous arbs that I am waiting to come back to my account once cleared. I found 5 arbs throughout the day. My deposits in total amounted to £697. However, I did turnover a total of £1310 on theses 5 arbs by using my winnings with a bookmaker. I made a profit of £29.03, which is a ROI of 2.22%.

My only concern at the moment is how long before my arbing ROI drops off. This is because Stan James, Victor Chandler and Bet365 offer good "out-of-line" odds which are needed for arbing. Two of these bookmakers have already limited me, and I have relied heavily on Bet365. It is only a matter of time before I am flagged up. Without these bookmakers, the other arbs are not as good and offer minimal returns, i.e. below 1%.

Finally, if anyone is interested in arbing, I have been monitoring two pieces of software that do the hard work, and find the arbs, and the calculations needed to make a profit. Both offer a full subscription service BUT have a FREE option, where arbs under 0.6% and 0.99% respectively are shown for free. So if you have any money sat in bookmaker accounts, and you want it to work for you for a small profit, then it may be worth a go. Just remember that you may be flagged as an arber though! If your account is important to you, then it may be better to not to do it as you may find your stakes being limited. Visit Rebel Betting or Math Bet to download the software and see it in action.

I have also been working on a football system, and I have it nearly ready. It is something I have noticed, and is more of a straight up punting system. Once I've tweaked it, I shall share it on here.
